This photographer's "dumbest mistake" would never have led to everyone laughing at her if only I had not been dealing with a massive lens cap fiasco at the San Diego Zoo on that same day. A field trip for 23 high school students with old school cameras, massive amounts of Mountain Dew, and an exhibit full of ring-tailed lemurs - don't even ask.
